Majority of leaders regret AI-driven workforce cuts
A new survey from Orgvue reveals that 40% of business leaders have laid off employees after AI deployment, but 55% now say they regret those decisions, citing a lack of understanding about AI implementation. Despite this, 75% of leaders plan to fully leverage AI by year-end, and the survey also highlighted the need for better training and policies, as many workers are now admitting to errors and improper use of AI.
