Gran Turismo 4 Nürburgring 24 Race

So after 1 month, I have finished the 24 hours of Nürburgring race with my Mercedes CLK Touring car. What a race. I started good, spending 6+ hours getting into it the first Saturday, and then for the first week, doing another 3 hours, then it was hard. I simply didn’t have time to sit and race, but didn’t want to give it up. I pushed for a couple weekends to do another 4/5 hours each and finally as of Friday got up to 18 hours.

I decided yesterday I would do the race and spend 10+ hours Saturday doing the final 6 hours (a lot of get up and do other things, watch the telly, etc) last night I was falling asleep with the controller in my hands at 1am but pushed through to the finish. :) Now I can give Jojo back her Play station. What a challenging journey…
